Chris Dunning served the last 8 years as Senior Vice President for the nation’s leading Capital Markets firm, and specialized in providing agency debt and structured equity financing for multifamily properties. His tenure there provided in-depth experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD financing programs. Over his 18 year career, Mr. Dunning has financed more than 1/2 Billion in real estate transactions across the southern region.
As President and COO, Mr. Dunning provides direction for the firm’s acquisitions and financing activities, as well as oversight on operations of the firm’s assets.
